To reach the next stage, we're hiring a Lead Product Designer to join the team. This role is about owning the product experience and helping push UX Pilot from "the best AI design tool" to the layer product teams actually build on. You'll shape flows, interaction patterns, and the long-term product direction alongside the founders and the rest of the team.
It's not an execute-the-roadmap kind of role. We want someone who spots what's missing, prototypes the answer, and has strong opinions on where things should go next, especially as design systems, AI, and product workflows keep colliding.
